Mindfulness Skills for Professionals
Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to and seeing clearly what is happening in our lives at this moment which counters our human tendency to constantly worry about and focus on past and imagined future events.

Mindfulness does not eliminate life's pressures or problems, but it can help us respond to them in a calmer manner that benefits us mentally and physically. It helps us to recognise and step away from habitual reactions to everyday events. It provides us with a scientifically researched approach to cultivating clarity, insight, and understanding. Practicing mindfulness allows us to be fully present in our lives, thus improving our overall moment-to-moment and day-to-day experience.
Course Offered:
We offer two levels of training on Mindfulness training as follows:
• Introduction to Mindfulness – this course introduces participants to the basic principles and practices of mindfulness for everyday life.
• Mindfulness for Professional Practice – this course offers comprehensive training in mindfulness principles and practices and teaches participants to utilise these strategies with their clients and in work settings.
